Community Council Meetings
Community council meetings are held at 7.30pm on the third Tuesday of every month except July. Sometimes April and October dates are changed when the 3rd Tuesday falls within school holidays.
They are held in the Senior Library of Scotstown Primary School, and generally are attended by local councillors and police representatives (other duties notwithstanding) as well as community council members. All members of the public are welcome, either to raise a concern, ask questions, or just for interest.
Meeting agendas are available here, and past meeting minutes here. Agendas will be posted one week prior to each meeting: minutes will be published once they have been approved by the community council members (usually at the following meeting).
Please note that the meetings of the Community Council are considered public records and will be minuted and archived in line with our policy on records retention. Some of these minutes may be published on our website. If you attend meetings or provide information, and do not wish your name to appear in any published minutes, please let us know.
